At Monocle Coffee, we take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in pristine condition and in a timely manner. Our curated selection of luxury offerings is housed in different warehouse locations to ensure optimal care and handling. As such, your order may arrive in multiple shipments
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom, including Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Select non-food merchandise—including coffee machines, equipment, cups, and saucers—may also be delivered to the Republic of Ireland. At this time, we are unable to ship any food items (including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or syrups) outside of the UK.
Please note that certain product categories may not be available for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and UK islands; full details will be shown at checkout.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Please note that when selecting a subscription plan for an eligible item, subscription benefits—such as exclusive pricing and complimentary UK Standard Tracked Delivery—will begin from your second order onward. Your initial order will be processed at the full product price, and standard delivery charges will apply unless the total value of qualifying subscription items exceeds £30.

E-Gift Cards
Our e-gift cards are delivered free of charge via email, directly to the recipient or the purchaser. Please note: we currently do not offer physical gift cards.
Mixed Orders & Delivery Calculations
If your order contains a combination of items from different product categories, the final delivery cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the relevant charges outlined above.
Important Delivery Notice
While we aim to deliver to all postal addresses listed above, please note that delivery may not be possible to certain remote or restricted areas due to courier limitations. In such rare instances, we may need to cancel your order.
Should this occur, our team will promptly reach out to you via email or the phone number provided at checkout to discuss a suitable resolution.
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day or within 24 hours. Delivery estimates are guidelines and may be affected during peak periods or by unforeseen circumstances. Please allow up to 10 days for rare delays.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
