Order Cancellation Policy

At Monocle Coffee, we understand that plans may change and will always do our utmost to accommodate your request.

How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email us at orders@monocle-coffee.com as soon as possible—ideally within 15 minutes of placing your order.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) are typically dispatched the same day or within 24 hours.

  • Due to our prompt fulfilment process, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be successful once an order has been submitted.

This policy applies to all products available on our website, with the exception of e-gift cards.

Cancellation Policy Exceptions: E-Gift Cards

  • E-gift cards are sent via email immediately after purchase and, as such, cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once the order has been confirmed.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

For all monthly subscription plans, you can easily manage your subscription via your account dashboard. Including:

  • Modify your product selection

  • Adjust the quantity or delivery frequency

  • Skip a delivery

  • Cancel your subscription

This gives you full control to modify your plan at your convenience.

  • In the event that cancellation is required for a monthly subscription plan, requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled renewal date. This allows us time to pause or amend the order before processing.

  • For cancellation requests made within 72 hours of renewal, we will do our very best to assist, though we cannot guarantee the changes will take effect for the upcoming shipment.

Order Already Processed

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it is no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, please refer to our [Returns & Exchanges Policy] for further guidance once your item has arrived.
