Return & Exchange Policy

At Monocle Coffee, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure a seamless and efficient process.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy.  You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@monocle-coffee.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. We will send a shipping label via email to you, ensuring you have the correct return address.  Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues & Missing Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@monocle-coffee.com. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.  Please note that failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit our ability to offer a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods such as coffees, teas, herbal infusions & hot chocolates
  • Syrups
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items 
  • Sale items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first return the original item. Once the return is accepted and approved after inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You may then place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
