Every coffee we offer is meticulously chosen for its character, quality, and provenance — sourced only from trusted UK-based importers who share our commitment to traceability and ethical practices, and work directly with producers around the world—many of whom have cultivated coffee for generations with care, craft, and deep knowledge of their land.

Our green coffees are chosen for their clarity of flavour, terroir expression, and exceptional cup quality. We favour small lots, in-season harvests, and traceable, ethically grown beans—prioritising not only taste, but integrity of sourcing.
